Recently renowed historical house.Live an unique experience relaxing in the heart of the old town.The house has everything you may need (wifi no available atm), it is unique in its style and it is the perfect base to explore the town and its beautiful mountain. The house has been recently been renowed. It is located in the heart of the town. It is built on three levels,very bright thanks to great exposition to the sun.From the top floor you can enjoy an absolutely stunning view of the mountain area. It is the perfect base to chill, enjoy good food and explore by walk the unique little town of Carpineto. The house is fully available to our guest(s). You have all the privacy you wish.No other people in the house except the booking guest(s). The only thing we ask it is to use only one specific bedroom and two of the three bathroom when there are only one or two guests. Our guest(s) will decide how much to interact with us. We will provide all kind of information during the check-in, to be sure that you will have an absolutely unique and fantastic experience. Our family will be available for any request you may have. We are here to make your stay memorable. Location, historical beauty and the charm of the house will make your stay memorable. Parking is available walking distance from the house. The house is located in the heart of the historical town. It is within walking distance from the famous "Palazzo Pecci",where Pope Leo XIII was born.The Church of San Leone Magno(XIX century) is close to.There are many other churches that can be visited too,all walking distance from the house. The best thing tough,it is to walk through the caracteristic small alleys and admire the beautiful old buildings of the town and get stoked with the unique view of the mountain and valley that suddenly can appear in front of your eyes. The two main part of the old town are connected by the pretty central square, Piazza Regina Margherita.From there you can keep exploring the old town,reaching the highest part of it,where the stunning Reggia Dei Volsci,with annexed museum,is.The experience would not be completed without a visit to one of the traditional shop,trattorias,restaurants where you will be delightful by the unique taste of our traditional products. The town of Carpineto is 70km from Rome;30km from Valmontone Fashion District Outlet and Rainbow Magic;50km from the beach areas of Sabaudia,Circeo and Terracina;45km from Ninfa and Sermoneta. The local mountain belong to the Monte Lepini chain.The highest peak is Monte Semprevisa 1536m above the sea level.There are plenty of hiking trails that can suit everybody.The view of the Pontina Valley from the top of the mountain is breath taking. The best way to fully enjoy everything is having your own car. The closest train st is Colleferro/Segni/Paliano, 25km from town.It is on the Rome-Frosinone-Cassino line. Cotral bus connect the train st. to the centre of town. There is a daily bus connecting as well Carpineto with Latina. Private transport can be arranged on request. Guest with reduced mobility may have difficult to access the house.The house has internal staircase and all the old town can sometimes be a bit steepy. Some space in the house, like the shower, may not confortably fit too tall and/or big people.
