(There is no door between bedroom and living room so not appropriate for guests that require 2 seperate or 2 private sleeping areas.) Full kitchen facilities with indoor and outdoor dining table. Tea/s, coffee, milk, sugar, snacks ie muesli/nut bar, fresh fruit or juice is provided on arrival. - Covered outdoor patio with BBQ. -Laundry facilities for stays of more than 3 nights stay. -Free unlimited street parking -Backyard/garden for a small, quiet, house trained and domesticated pet. This is NOT a cleanliness issue, most are NOT dangerous, not harmful and you may encounter them at the unit at some stage, just as you would at any other clean hotel or accomodation. A quiet, residential neighbourhood within 10 mins walk of trendy, lively Coogee beach and village with plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, parks etc to choose from. Short bus ride or walk to POW hospital, UNSW. Express bus to city at nearest corner. Free, un restricted street parking available. Public bus acess at the nearest corner, 1 min walk, City and many Sydney highlights. Express bus X377 to Sydney harbour and X375 to City Central during peak times. Alternatively #375 to Randwick Junction and change to light rail for Harbour and City. A 10 min "hilly" walk to Coogee beach. Only 8km from domestic airport. Only small/med, quiet, very well house trained, domesticated pets will be accepted. The Pet fee covers any MINOR additional cleaning ie vacuming of pet hair, paw prints, slight pet odours, doggie "droppings" in the yard, general wear and tear of the unit. Major cleaning will be deducted from security deposit. There is no door to close between bedroom and living room so not appropriate for guests that require 2 seperate and 2 private sleeping areas.
