RIVER FRONT PARADISE, FISHERMAN'S DREAM

Brand new cabin on 3 acres bordering the West Branch of the Delaware River. Great for fishing, hunting, kayaking, canoeing or just a relaxing weekend away. Cabin has 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and loft with 3 twin cots. There are also 2 air mattresses if needed. Full kitchen and bath. I provide TV, WiFi, DVD/VCR player, Air Conditioning, Heat, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and toaster oven. The TV is a smart TV, bring your Netflix or Youtube account with you. Cabin is approximately 22' x 26' with a huge deck that surrounds 2 sides of the cabin with 2 stairways. There is an indoor and outdoor shower, propane BBQ and 3 sets of tables and chairs with plenty of space to be comfortable and relax. There is a 3 person canoe and a 3 person john boat for fishing or sight-seeing. You can drive into town to the Fairgrounds, drop the boats in the water and float back down to the property. It is approximately a 4.5 mile float that takes about 3-3.5 hours. Smart TV, DVD/VCR player and WiFi. Fishing season: you can walk right to the river and fish. Hunting season: I can arrange private land hunting with my neighbors. Prices to be discussed. I am accessible for questions via email, text messaging or calls from the cabin's phone before, during and after your stay. The cabin sits 4.5 miles outside of the town of Walton, New York. Small but charming. If you need a Hunting/Fishing license or supplies there is a small sporting goods store in town, Gifford's, that should have anything you need. The Big M is the local supermarket. In town there are several restaurants and bars, antique shops, dollar store and hardware store. Route 10 or South River Road will get you into town for any supplies you may need. Fishing and hunting are outstanding. My cabin sits on the West Branch of the Delaware River. It is known for fishing Small Mouth Bass, Trout and Rock Bass. I can arrange access to hunt on 200+ acres just next to my property.(additional fee will apply)There is a small pond approximately 4 miles away that you can fish on as well. Wildlife is abundant. We normally see 2-3 pairs of Bald Eagles with 1 large adult perched on tree on other side of river each morning. Don't forget to bring your camera, birds and wildlife are abundant. When you arrive there will be coffee and tea available. I provide condiments(ketchup, mayo, mustard, coffee creamer, sugar, spices, cooking oil.) Cups, mugs, plates, cutlery, pots/pans are all on site. The bathroom will have towels, wash cloths, shampoo and soap. Beds will have sheet sets, blankets and pillows. There is a kitchen/living area with table and 5 chairs, love seat and coach. There is another small table with 4 wheeled seats for card playing(Push the button in the middle of the table and it goes up and down.) There is a cordless phone, the number is posted on the wall next to the fridge.
