My house is 6 km far from the city. It takes 25 minutes driving to and from Melbourne Tullamarine airport. It takes 15 minutes driving to the CBD. My house is very close to public transportation: only three minutes walking to tram and bus stops; fifteen minutes walking to a train station. My house has a high-speed internet and there are available car spaces on my street. My place is good for solo adventurers, business travellers, and couples. We love flowers, plants, and pets. You can enjoy my colorful garden, goldfishes, and three lovely cats. You are welcome to sit in my flower garden for a cup of coffee or enjoy your reading or just listening to birds singing. I am around the house all the time so I am happy to help when needed. We live in a quiet street but it is just 5 minutes walking to restaurants, shops, and post office. We are very close to public transportation: tram 55 and buses is just 5 minutes walking from my house. Brunswick and Royal Park train stations are about 15 minutes walking or 10 minutes by tram or bus. If you travel by car, there are free parking spaces on my street.
