Its location is perfect for discovering the Périgord Noir and all of its architectural treasures, local street markets and even canoeing on the Dordogne river. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a small building. It has been completely renovated with quality materials for your optimal comfort and security. The electrical wiring has been completely redone and it is equipped with a smoke detector as well as a carbon monoxide detector. The bedroom has a large king size bed with an EMMA mattress for maximum comfort. The room is also equipped with a television and a dressing room. In the main room, you will find a high quality 160 cm sofa bed, a 48” television and a bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishes, hotplates, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and even a steamer. The bathroom has a large Italian shower and a hair dryer. Large appliances: washing machine with dryer. The apartment is fully equipped to welcome your little ones without Mommy and Daddy having to load the car with baby things! We offer a baby/child kit for rent. It includes: - a cododo or non cododo crib Next to me or a cot as well as bed linen and sleeping bags. - a chic light way stroller that reclines fully. - 1 or 2 stokke tripp trapp chairs with the newborn or baby kit. - a doomoo. - a changing table/bathtub. - a step / toilet reducer. - physiological baby carrier: sling, boba 4G (6/18 months) or Beco toddler (+18 months) The kit costs 50€ for the entire duration of the stay in order to regularly renew the baby care articles and offer you the best products! 500€ check deposit on site, not cashed.
