It is a place where you can relax enjoy a peaceful nd comfortable nights rest. It is a part of our home, but privte. No sharing with other guests. We have a fridge, microwave and a kettle for guests use, and supermarkets etc are close by. Everything you'd need is a walk away at the Vale our local shopping centre. Our bus stop to the city is a 5min walk away. No kitchen or cooking at this airbnb. Take a break from cooking. A Perfect short termer. Unfortunately not a quarantine listing. Please note that this Unit is not suitable for quarantine or isolation. Guests have their own entrance with a lockbox to make their stay convenient. Wifi is available. A mini lounge with a TV is at your disposal. Chrome cast to connect to netflix and watch a movie. Cutlery and crockery is in a caddy in the mini lounge cupboard. A stainless steel bowl plus everything you need to clean dishes with for reuse. A fridge, kettle and microwave is in the guest area to use for quick warm up meals for everyone. A large patio is available to use during your stay. That is perfect for brekkie lunch and dinner There are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is also an ensuite to the bathroom. a make-up vanity is also convenient separate from the bathroom and toilet. The Guest access includes 2 full bedrooms, I full bathroom and a seperate make-up vanity area. A separate toilet makes this Guest area very practical for a family of 4. To extend the mini living area we have an adjoining large Patio area that will be exclusively for guests to enjoy during their stay. Guests are welcome to sms via airbnb app or call. When we bump into each other we are easy going and love those quick chats. Privacy is important to us and we respect our guests and their privacy too. The house is in a quiet residential area. There are areas around the house to enjoy during your stay. The patio has automatic blinds that can be adjusted as needed. Guest can have their meals in this area, or just relax. 2 bedrooms give space to 2 adults and 2 children There is also a sitting area with a TV. Main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. A seperate toilet and make up area makes this a perfect retreat from home. Getting around is much easier by car but there are options. Our busstop is close by. A 5 min walk from our home. Transperth time schedule is available. There is a very good Shopping centre close by. So walking to the shop is possible. The Vale has every shop you need to make living here very convenient. We have designated areas for eating and do not wish that food and drinks are taken into bedrooms. Smoking is not permitted on the premises. Fires can be caused it is a risk to our neighbourhood. During Summer months it is really hot so we will use our air-conditioner during these hot days operated from the main home, but at night there is a fan that can be used. please request this if needed.
