This apartment is a THREE LEVEL flat. Laura apartment is large and comfortable, with a PRIVATE ROOF TERRACE and breathtaking view. In the terrace there are table and chairs, sun-umbrella and a private barbecue. On the ground floor there is the FIRST DOUBLE BEDROOM with BATHROOM with shower and also a SMALL SERVICE BATH nearby the entrance; On the first floor: spacious KITCHEN/ LIVING room with open fire place and a sofa, but also a TV. From that space we have access to the private TERRACE. On the second floor  there are TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS, ( one with an additional single bed ),  with TWO BATHROOM with shower. Our Agriturismo is particularly suited for people looking for a calm and relaxing holiday. That is why we will do our best for your comfort and well-being. Every apartment is equipped with fridge, sat-TV and heating for the winter time. Some of them also have a fireplace, creating a cozy and warm atmosphere during the coldest months. All apartments have a furnished terrace or garden with table and chairs to eat outside. You can also use barbecues to grill in the open air. In the common laundry, you can find washing machines and ironing facilities. A wonderful swimming-pool with a striking view of the valley can be used from May to September. In the common areas of the Agriturismo, there is a 24/7 free wireless connection. Coming by car, you can comfortably park in our private parking place. In Figline Valdarno, 15 km away, there is a train station with trains leaving for Florence every hour in less than twenty minutes.
