Free car parking anywhere in the back carpark of the building and all along the beach front too. Access is from the Strandfront AND the street behind (Mitchell Street). From the airport: approx 11 minutes by taxi/ car or Airport shuttle.( maybe be longer arrival time.) Public transport (bus) at reception door (ask the bus driver where you want to go. If you want to go to Magnetic Island, they will tell you when the next bus arrives and where to stand and how much it will cost).
