Beautiful, 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment, with full kitchen, dining area, and shared laundry room with washer and dryer. The living room is a large room with the sitting area with a sofa and loveseat on one end and a bedroom area with a king-size bed. The apartment is one of three units in the house that is located directly on the downtown riverfront. If you enjoy fishing, you can catch some huge ones from the deck! Boat docking is also available. This unit has a strict NO PET POLICY!!! This unit is one of three apartments that are located in the " Riverside Little House" which is on the grounds of a large historical home. It is a very private and safe neighborhood. The unit is located within easy walking distance of the downtown and a bike is also available. There are docks adjacent to the units for the guests to sit and enjoy the river view as well as great fishing! I am best reached by phone call or text at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). I live in the unit that is located next to this unit and am almost always available for assistance and to give information as needed. The area and surrounding neighborhood is normally quiet other than some boating traffic. There is a state museum that is within walking distance. There are also restaurants in the downtown and others within 5-10 minutes driving distance. There are several grocery stores and pharmacies a few minutes from the apartment. We do not have any local transportation except for Taxi Service. There is off street parking for this unit located up the driveway near the unit. The upstairs unit is rented to a long-term tenant. There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in the unit!!!
