Alan and Nikki welcome you to Dunwoodie. A 3 bedroom house in large south facing garden, with ample parking and single garage. Situated in the quaint village of Braemar. Dunwoodie can accommodate up to 8 guests. Our house is a split level bungalow, with duel aspect lounge that includes a dinning area with a wood burning stove. There is a good sized kitchen for preparing meals. There is also a sun room to enjoy views of the garden and surrounding mountain scenery. Patio doors lead to outdoor dining area complete with table and chairs for 8. As well as 2 double bedrooms, there is a large 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and a day bed. This day bed can be pulled out to make this an ideal room for 4 children. This will allow 2 families to enjoy Dunwoodie together. There are 2 modern bathrooms fitted with powerful showers. There is also a new central heating system with instant hot water at any time of day. There is a drying/boot room as you enter the property which is very handy for hanging jackets etc. Entire house apart from 2 locked cuboards and sheds Access to single garage for storage of mountain bikes, skis etc. BBQ. Braemar is a lovely little village set in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park. Braemar is known for some of the hottest temperatures in Summer months in the UK and the coldest in winter making it a a great place for outdoor presuits. There is Ski-ing/Snowboarding at Genshee just 15 miles away. Stunning scenery and abundant wildlife to be enjoyed all year round on the many walks in the area. Braemar hosts the famous Highland games in September which is also attended by the her Majesty the Queen. It also has 2 Castles, 18 hole golf course. a range of shops and plenty options to dine out. Childs play park 2 mins walk from the property All bedding, towels included.
