Live the Claytor Lake Life! 10 minutes from Radford and 5 minutes from Interstate 81, this property is located in a prime spot to soak in beautiful lake views. Built in the early 1940's, this cozy one room lodge is just the place to get away from it all. Great room is open concept containing double bed (murphy bed!), kitchen, living area w/ TV, and dining. Laundry, bunk bedroom, and bathroom are located off of the main room. Property owners live on adjoining lots. Perfect for 2 adults/2 kids. No pets allowed. Lock box outside with key. Two cars maximum and 4 people maximum. No parties or loud music, as the property owners are next door. Please enjoy the lake views, as the lake and dock access are off limits to renters without owner approval. Arrangements can be made for swimming and kayaking if additional disclosure signed. Privacy on dock not guaranteed. The Lodge is one floor living. No stairs. The open ceiling and beams are our favorite part of the lodge. This cabin has been around for a very long time and we hope for many years to come! About 35 minutes from Virginia Tech and 10 minutes from Radford University. Guests will have the entire home. No parts of the home are shared. Parking is out front in the grass. Guests may soak up the lake front views, but are not renting any part of the waterfront/dock/swimming areas. Feel free to play in the immediate yard surrounding the house or take a stroll! Property owners live on adjoining lots and will be available by text and phone during your stay should any needs arise. Very quiet and peaceful as this property is located on private property with no public access. Lake views are stunning! The town of Radford is 10 minutes away. Blacksburg is a 30-35 min drive. Interstate 81 is 5 minutes away. Must keep speeds low on our private road, as there are other property owners nearby with children. Directions will be sent you upon booking. 5 minutes form Interstate 81 exit 105. **You will need to bring your own beach towels*** All other linens and towels are provided.
