We have a large air conditioned bedroom with queen size bed, desk with its own bathroom and toilet adjacent. Guest share the kitchen, living space, back deck and pool with their hosts. Continental style breakfast can be provided. Free NBN Wi-Fi and TV with a Chromecast is available in the Guest Bedroom. The room rate is for a single guest only with a max stay 7 nights. Mundingburra is a leafy inner suburb of Townsville close to many amenities, public transport and river view walking / cycling paths. Public Transport is available to the Hospital , JCU and City within 2 blocks of our house. These locations are only 12 mins by Car / Taxi Guest will have access to the kitchen, living spaces, deck and pool in a considerate and friendly manner with the hosts. Guest will have space in the fridge and pantry for their own supplies. Guests can be as private or communative as they feel comfortable. The hosts work part-time with some communiity and sporting commitments outside hours and are able to assist to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
