Luxury private ensuite room: Queen bed/AC/WIFI

Rose, her beautiful rag doll cat Cindy and Border Collie Beau will be hosting you during your stay. (I just manage the bookings). Rose will be happy to greet you on arrival. She is very bubbly and accommodating! The house is close to the beach and shops & restaurants are conveniently located across the road. The rooms are large and the house very clean. Rose loves having visitors and sharing stories, but she is also happy to give you your privacy and space too. Welcome to our home! You will be staying in the master bedroom with ensuite in this two story townhouse. There's ducted AC to keep you cool/warm depending on the season. The bed is also fitted with an electric blanket for added cosiness during the winter months! The smaller 3rd bedroom (shared bathroom) is also available on airbnb so there may be another temporary tenant during your stay. The rooms are all lockable for security. The room is very large with built-in wardrobes, a comfy Queen size bed and desk. Downstairs the living areas are open plan and you are welcome to utilise the kitchen. Tea and coffee will be provided, any other groceries you can grab from the supermarket which is just 2 minutes walk away. The house is located in a secure complex and we have a lovely private courtyard. You will also have access to the laundry with washer and dryer. Other perks: Free off street parking available. Two minute walk to supermarket, chemist, liquorland, take-away restaurants and all amenities! Bus to University of Wollongong directly out side (15-20 min journey) 4min drive to Woonona beach Nearest train station is Bulli (15 minute walk) Courtyard Main Bedroom Shared living areas (Lounge, kitchen, laundry) Shared tv in lounge Wifi available Rose will be happy to offer advice on the local area if you need any suggestions on where to spend your time! Woonona is a lovely suburb within the greater Wollongong Shire region. It's just a 4 minute drive to the beautiful Woonona beach. A little further to Bulli Beach where you can enjoy a coffee with a view at the Beach Cafe! The house is a 5 min drive or 15 min walk from Bulli train station. Please let Rose know if you need a lift to/from the station. If she is available we ask for a small donation to cover the fuel cost. Free parking available: there is a big car park next door or if you prefer you can park on the street outside the complex. Rose can let you in the gate to load/unload if it's easier, however parking inside the complex is for tenants only.
