Saturday to Saturday bookings only! Par Sands is a short walk from Par station, there is a branch-line to the north coast town of Newquay. Many coastal towns Looe, Penzance, St Ives, are accessible from Par station if you want to relax. On the camp site there is an indoor pool, free to use by my guests. There are tennis courts, also a great water sports hut & reasonably priced restaurant. Fowey is a 3 mile drive in one direction and Charlestown (where some of Poldark was filmed) in the other There is a Double room and two further bedrooms with two singles in each. We have installed a DVD player and there are a number of films for all ages available on the shelf to watch. You are in walking distance of four great pubs who do great food, and many have entertainment in the Summer months. The CoOp is a stones throw away, if you would prefer to shop for essentials on arrival. Please let me know if you would like to purchase a Cornish Hamper of edible goodies. Tea towels are supplied, but not towels or beach towels A light weight wheel chair is available for reasonably priced hire. We also have a travel cot and highchair, if required. Once you arrive, there will be an info book caravan with useful places to visit, and my number if you need me. There is a coastal path, leading to the picturesque Polkerris, where there are amazing eateries and watersports facilities. A bus stops at the entrance to the campsite, which will take you to Fowey, or Charlestown and beyond.
