Very appealing large open plan apartment in up-market area. Close to everything. Sleeps 3 - 4. All household needs met. Noise is minimal due to concrete and tiled floors and double brick construction throughout. The front balcony has excellent views of the picturesque area and elegant houses. It is a great place to relax or explore the tourist spots and charm of Brisbane and S.E. Qld. Both the Gold and Sunshine Coasts are only a 1 hour drive via nearby motorways. Private front, back and garage entrances give complete privacy and sole access to the apartment which has rear covered patio/alfresco dining area and BBQ with surrounding garden. Carindale, is one of Brisbane's most desirable and livable suburbs, encompassing elegant houses, expansive parks, trails and wildlife reserves, together with 'Olympic' standard sports centres, golf courses, boutique leisure spots and one of the largest shopping centres in Australia. It is the ideal base to explore all the charms of South East Qld. Everything is close at hand. Carindale Bus Station is a main transport hub providing easy access to the City (30 mins) and surrounding suburbs. Nearest bus stop 7 mins walk. The Bulimba Creek Trail (5 min walk) provides over 10 klms of walking and bikeways linking several parklands. The Gold and Sunshine Coasts are about 1 hour drive via the Gateway and Pacific Highways. All mod-cons and plenty of room, can comfortably sleep 3 - 4 using double bed in separate bedroom and a queen bed studio arrangement in the main area. The living area of the apartment is large - 64 m2, front balcony 16 m2 and rear patio 36 m2. Host's wife is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
