This compact and cosy apartment has everything you need for a break away from the routine. Stunning views across the Millstättersee towards the majestic mountains allow you the perfect setting to relax and watch the sunset. The apartment is self-contained and within 20 minutes you could be skiing in the mountains or sailing on the lake. Local facilites provide opportunities for both summer and winter vacations. Guests have complete access to the whole apartment. There is a shared access to the apartment block and the main stairwell. There is a garden for guests to access outwith the block, where they can relax and take in the view. We live in a small village less than half an hour from the apartment. If you need anything specific for your stay, we can provide this in advance with prior notice, or aim to locate it for you during your stay. Just call us on the number provided. The location affords stunning views over the Millstättersee. From here it is approximately 15 minutes to the famous ski region of Bad Kleinkircheim and St. Oswald. In the opposite direction is the infamous Mölltaller Gletscher. Within the locality, access to the many lakeside beaches is quick and easy. The beautiful town of Millstatt offers many shops, restaurants and facilities including the spa and wellness of the 1st Kärnten Badehaus. Other local opportunities include a Golf Course, hiking paths and cycle routes which are all well signposted. Getting to the apartment requires a car, but local buses are available from the nearby village of Sappl. From the main train station in Spittal an der Drau, routes to all parts of Austria including Villach, Salzburg and Vienna can be accessed. Other residents live in the block, therefore your discretion would be appreciated. Please read the information booklet provided at the property to help you make the most of your stay.
