Yogyakarta - Bed & Breakfast (3)

The house is located in a typical Javanese village and only 20 minutes by car from the Central Yogyakarta (the famous Malioboro). People of the village are simple and most of them work in paddy fields. A little cow farm run by the villager is only 5 minutes’ walk while the paddy field is also only 5 minutes’ walk. If you like to walk – we recommend you to do it early morning; the area is perfect to see how the villagers start their morning chores. The house is made of wood in a simple village; however, it is equipped with modern facilities such as WIFI, Air Conditioning (in all bed rooms), modern shower (hot and cold water), washing machine. One room can only accommodate 2 persons and no extra person is allowed. All area of the house is accessible to guests except the separate house where the owner lives, which is adjacent to the guest's house. All area of the house is accessible to guests except the separate house where the owner lives, which is adjacent to the guests house Living room, kitchen, bathrooms, patio are shared with other guests and owner (1 person) I am living in a separate house, adjacent to the guests house and a maid is attending the house during day time and lives at the back of the house The house is located between the famous Mount Merapi (1 hour drive) and several beaches such as Parangtritis (1 hour drive). To be in the central Yogyakarta and the Palace of the Sultan/King of Yogyakarta, you only need to call the online transportation or taxi and you would be there in 20 minutes time. If you like to visit Borobudur Temple or Prambanan Temple, the online transportation or hired/rented cars are also available. Public transportation such as bus is not available in regular time. Online transportation is available and they would pick you up within 5 to 10 minutes time but if you prefer hiring a car with a driver (inclusive fuel); we can recommend you a rental company. Walking around the village is very much recommended. There are some bikes available in the house that you can ride free of charge. If you need to be picked up from or drop at the airport, we can also help you by contacting an airport taxi driver for you (there are 2 airports in Yogyakarta).
