This apartment is located in the city centre of Lesparre with all amenities, but secluded and peaceful. It can be rented out for longer period of time, highly discounted, please contact me for stays longer than 28 days. A private staircase (see description of the stairs) leads you from the first floor to the apartment, and to the large living room. On one side, you will find a large terrace of 27m2 overlooking the old roofs of the city. On the other side of the room are two bedrooms and a bathroom renovated in 2020. The fully equipped kitchen is an integral part of the living room. You will find an oven, a washing machine, as well as a freezer integrated in the fridge. The Loft is on the top floor of an old and charming building, located on the main street of Lesparre, a stone's throw from a small cafe and three steps from several excellent restaurants. A shopping center is about 15 minutes walk. The train station is less than 20 minutes on foot, and the clinic is less than 5 minutes on foot. Lesparre is a small, dynamic town, one hour from Bordeaux, situated between the ocean and the Gironde, in the world famous Médoc wine area. The beaches are around 20 minutes by car, and all that the Médoc has to offer in terms of wine castles, traditional markets, local crafts, is less than an hour away. From Bordeaux, Lesparre can be reached by train or bus.
