Sunset apartment (2 bedroom)

Located on the first floor, this two bedroom apartment has terrific sea views, large open plan kitchen/lounge. Fully equipped kitchen, TVs in all rooms. Bright airy bedrooms and modern bathroom. Situated on the promenade between the Castle and the harbour, town is within walking distance (5 mins) and close to the railway station (10 mins). We cannot accommodate children under the age of 12. No dogs allowed. This apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 people . This is a large airy apartment for a maximum of 4 people. We can accommodate children over the age of 12 only. Sleeping arrangements offer a twin bedded room along with a double. There are 2 steps down to the bathroom and the double bedroom. Initially access is through the front door of the building, then through a private front door to the apartment. There are stairs. There is an information pack for local amenities but we are always available to offer additional advice. With the Castle and the harbour at either end of the Terrace, this is a fabulous part of Aberystwyth. In the summer we have sightings of dolphins and porpoises in the bay, day trips from the harbour provide 2 hour bird/seal watching and mackerel fishing trips. Come and experience glorious sunsets without having to leave the apartment! The beach is across the road. We are on an exciting part of the Wales coastal path which is easily accessible from the house. Town, railway and bus stations are all within walking distance. Aberystwyth itself is built on a slight incline but there are easily accessible walkways to circumvent the steepest parts. The promenade is over a mile long and accessed from the front of the building. Car parking is available on the promenade (free of charge) or, if unavailable, at the end of the Terrace in a Pay and Display car park. We offer off road parking for motorbikes. We do not allow dogs in this apartment. We can only accommodate children aged 12 and over.
