Munich Suburb - An airy, sunny and cozy room

Zorneding is a nice little Munich suburb with good infrastructure and frequent s-bahn-connections to central Munich (during rush hours every 10 minutes) together with a village atmosphere. Hofbräuhaus, Marienplatz, Munich Trade Fair, Lake Chiemsee, Salzburg, beautiful Christmas markets are easy to get to. The Alps are a 45 min car drive away . The room has a very good sofa bed plus a private, separate bathroom. Free wifi. It is a semi-detached house where we live, it is very spacious with a nice atmosphere. We love having visitors and try to make them feel very welcome and at home. Your room is spacious, light and cozy. Your own private bathroom is just next to your room. There is a conservatory for you too where you can sit, watch the world go by and doze off if you like. :-) We provide you a fridge, a kettle and a coffee machine so that you can spend very enjoyable times. We are very happy to help! Very nice neighbourhood, relaxed, open minded... The house is close to the local S-Bahn-station. It is a 10-15 minute walk through the village. Easy commuting into central Munich. The S-Bahn runs every 20 minutes, during rush hour every 10 minutes. It is a 20-minute-ride to Munich Ostbahnhof, 30 minutes to Marienplatz, 50 minutes to the Oktoberfest, about 50 minutes to the airport. There is free parking in front of the house. We are happy to provide not only a beautiful but also a safe and clean place for you to stay. Therefore we follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance.
