Treetops - Explore Yarra Valley & Dandenongs

This 3 bedroom home is nestled in the trees, perfectly located between the Yarra Valley and Mt Dandenong. It is situated on a ½ acre bush block with views over Mt Dandenong. A great base to explore the world renowned wineries of the Yarra Valley and tourist attractions of the Dandenongs. **please note: No parties allowed as this is a residential area. Please only come with the guests you have listed in your booking. Parking available for 2 cars only. The entire house is available and can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children (no more than 4 adults as the 3rd bedroom only has two children's bunk beds). The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has 2 king single beds and the third room a bunk bed. There is one bathroom and toilet, laundry with washing machine and fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace. There are 2 outdoor areas both with seating. As guests you will access to the entire house. The owners are avaible via email. On arrival you will be meet by a property manager to give you the keys and show you the property. The house is ideally located about 5-8 minutes drive from the townships of Lilydale, Mt Evelyn & Montrose. It is walking distance to the York on Lilydale restaurant and bar and Chateau Wyuna reception centre. Lilydale Lake, with its walking & cycling tracks, children's playground and BBQ facilities is only a 5 minute drive. The public bus is located a 5 minute walk away and the closest train station is in Lilydale. This is our family home when we are visiting Australia (we live abroad). We keep the house well maintained and if there are any issues, the property manager lives only 10 minutes away. The property is on a bush block with a steep incline. The driveway is steep and there are steps from the car parking area to the house. The property is not wheelchair accessible.
