Private’s lock and key bedroom, private bath, pool table, slot machine, games, movie room was just completed to enjoy and relax and watch a movie, or read a book. Couch in movie room for third guest if needed, just added a workout room fully equipped with a pond glass door view. Guests have full access to the entire lower level which includes Bar ( recreational room) private bath, large private Queen bedroom with tv, dinette table, leather recliner, Queen bed, fireplace ( electric) and fan. Guests also have private entrance as well as private patio with patio heaters plus grills and fire pit, we just finished our private movie room and private workout room for your pleasure, see photos I’ll be available via text all day with any questions big or small.. due to the covid there will be no contact you will be completely safe in the space no one will enter your space other than you.. 7 miles from historic Stillwater MN, Apple River Tubing, 2 miles away.. Great biking roads along the St Croix river valley right out our door. From our house there’s a nice 6 mile loop that’s scenic relaxing. The perfect bike ride General Sams has there infamous millions Christmas light show along with vendors from all around the area.. Summer dine right along the beautiful Apple River with outside and inside seating.. only 2 miles away.. Getting around on bike, 4 wheelers are allowed on county roads here.. no taxis but Uber and or Lyft may he available.. We have two dogs, Dutchess and Gertie, they have their bed in the garage, with heat and air. Spoiled. There is also WiFi, the bedroom tv has prime, and Netflix with an amazon Firestick.
