BEDROOMS - There are 5 bedrooms - 2 on the ground and 3 on the 1st floor. - Upper level rooms have balconies. - All rooms have attached bathrooms. - All the rooms have double beds -All the rooms have TVs with active DTH connections. BATHROOMS - There are 5 private bathrooms. - The bathrooms are absolutely neat and tidy. COMMON AREAS - The living rooms have LED TVs and WiFi accessibility. - It has seating arrangements for people. - Large terrace available for get-together/parties, complimenting your evening tea by offering a splendid view of the Western Ghats. - Medium BBQ grill available and can be setuo on the terrace. KITCHEN - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, water filter for pure drinking water, Microwave oven Induction cooktop and all the necessary utensils. - Caretaker on premises has a fully equipped kitchen for your daily hunger pangs, serving local delicacies (please contact the caretaker for the menu details). FOOD - The caretaker prepares basic vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals at a charge. - All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen. There is an extra kitchen for caretaker. - Guest can also choose to order from the nearby restaurants. (kitchen is equipped with a microwave along with an induction cooktop+utensils to heat your food). - Please inform us about your meal preferences well in advance so we are well prepared to serve you. - A tip for all Non-vegetarians: be sure to try out the amazing Gavran Chicken Thali serverd by the caretaker. The guests have access to the entire villa. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. NEIGHBOURHOOD Being one of the very few evergreen forests of India, Mahabaleshwar is the perfect getaway to escape from the scorching and humid summers. Please dispose butts in the ash trays provided. - If you are planning to spend time on the terrace post 10:30 pm, please try and keep the sound level. - The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - Any breakage or damage of any items in the home will be charged at actuals. - Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution, commercial activity, is strictly not permitted.
