Victorian Loft Apartment - B&B - Double Room.

We are in an excellent central spot for South & Mid Cornwall. The cosy small double room offers a very comfy bed for a great nights sleep. The shared bathroom is across the hall. There is a chest of drawers, a mirror & a reading lamp. Toiletries, plus towels, face flannel and a hair dryer. COMPLIMENTARY TEA & COFFEE. Varied milks can be provided. Self-Serve Breakfast. Wash as you go. PLEASE NOTE: I am unable to accept male solo bookings. Easter Hols, arrive date to be before the 20th April Beautifully open planned shared kitchen/lounge/dining area for you to use and chill out in. The bespoke kitchen is fully equipped offering a 5 ring gas cooker, 4 bread slice toaster and everything else that you'd require. Washing facilities at a small fee. Terrestrial TV is not available as I don't pay a TV licence as I never watch it. Netflix or Amazon will be available. IF YOU HAVE A CAR, PLEASE PARK ON THE ROAD WHERE THERE IS FREE PARKING. My sister may be visiting during the Uni holidays and maybe present in the communal areas too. I am very flexible so feel free to hang out in the swinging chair, lounge, or kitchen. Please don't feel you have to remain in your bedroom. My home is your home during your stay. If you fancy a film alone in the lounge to chill alone, just say as I can watch something from my bedroom which is not a problem at all. I have travelled extensively over different parts of the world, so if you want to talk travel then I am always excited to listen and share. Redruth is an excellent central spot to get to anywhere in the South/Mid Cornwall. Redruth itself offers Old mining Monuments and a Quaint Town with plenty of countryside walks. Kennel Vale Woods 10 minutes away in the car. Several beaches including; Portreath 15 mins, Porthtowan 15 mins, Godrevy 20 mins, Gyllyvase in Falmouth 20 mins. St.Ives 25 mins. Other towns: Truro City 20 mins in the car Penzance 30 mins in the car Newquay 40 mins in the car 5 - 7 minute walking distance to the train station and the town centre. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I no longer have my beautiful cats, Esther and Queenie.
