Great apartment is located on the sixth floor of a historic building with a new lift, large private terrace and an icredibly sea view You will be staying in a clean, newly furnished, 2 bedroom /2 bathroom apt in an exclusive location with free extras and everything you need for the exciting Genoa and Riviera vacation of a lifetime. The Apartment is in the heart of Historic Center, in front of the old Harbour, you loved staying here because it is in a perfect location for tourists who wanna live like a the real Genoa, in a real flat in a real neighborhood... Please i want you to know that is not possible organize any kind of party in the apt should stay just the people who book it no other pop up people from outside are allowed to stay...i will be happy to show you nice place where go to drink with your friends. * double bad (indivisible) on each badroom * Prime location! Bed linen linen 1 per stay) * Safe, quiet neighborhood many shops , coffee shops, restaurants, pizzeria, gelateria and everythings you need really really close ...(all of those at walk distance...) * Great heating * Private bathroom for each bedroom * Washing machine * Sleeps up to 4 guests: 1 double bad (indivisible) on each badroom * Full kitchen with cook top (4 fires), fridge and refrigeretor, oven ,microwave... * Hair dryer * Iron * TV * Maps * Friendly, knowledgable hosts * Please remember pets are not allowed * Free AC in the main part of the house and fans in the badrooms You will have lot of space where take a rest and enjoy your free the sea, the ships and the amazing cruises that sail throughout all the Mediterranean sea... Large private roof terrace just for you not share with other people (direct access from the apt) that looks out over the rooftops and the other on the old port of Genoa with his fabolous boat and holiday will eat or take an 'aperitivo' watching the sea and the famous architect Renzo Piano' Expo' area ... My family and i leave on the next apartment so we can be always present (just if you want...) to give some good tips . Please before booking the apt be sure to read properly all the house's rules :) -- Please this apt is not for party, if you want make noise or similar this apt is not for you. -check in from 2pm to 9 pm always ask for a later for check in ...
