Nantucket is a luxurious well equipped detached house within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park & close the popular village of Freshwater East. Several footpaths lead through sand dunes & nature reserve to a beautiful safe sandy beach. The light & airy living accommodation opens onto the south facing terrace where you can sit back & relax on comfortable sofas & enjoy uninterrupted sea views and the sound of waves crashing on the shore. Much to explore nearby...beaches, harbours, castles Nantucket is our much loved family holiday home, the place we go to relax and unwind. GROUND FLOOR Family Bedroom sleeps 4 in 2 single beds & a daybed that converts to a comfortable double if needed. Cloakroom with hand wash basin & WC. LOWER GROUND FLOOR Family bath room with large luxury bath and separate shower with hand basin, WC. Boiler room with washing machine and tumble drier accessed from outside. Twin bed room with hand wash basin. Double room with a standard double bed & hand wash basin. Double room with super king size bed with comfy single trundle bed under if required, ensuite shower, WC & hand wash basin. All bedrooms on this floor have doors opening up onto the lower terrace and garden. FIRST FLOOR Light and airy open plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with top of the range Seimens appliances built in oven and microwave, large 6 ring induction hob, built in tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. There is a music docking station, compatible with most mobile devices in the dining area. Sliding doors open onto a large sunny balcony furnished with Sofas. TOP DECK Steps from sitting room lead up to a cosy television area with comfortable seating, 40inch screen, DVD player, Nintendo Wii and Playstation 2. PARKING Off street parking for three, possibly four cars. Guests can access all of the house. There is a garage at the property that is not open to guests. I live in Hampshire but my parents are nearby and will help you during your stay should you have any problems. The shallow waters are popular with families, sailors, divers, fishermen and surfers. Nantucket is located within the Coastal National Park, a Nature Reserve and has direct access to the famous coastal path. Discover small harbours hidden coves and wide sandy beaches all close by . Tenby is a short drive away with cobbled streets, a fishing harbour and castellated town walls, as is the picturesque Pembroke dominated by a magnificent medieval castle. There is a pub on your doorstep with a great view serving food and ales. We think Nantucket has all the ingredients for a great holiday! You can leave the house on foot, follow the Coast path in either direction and get a ride back. The train station at Lamphey is 2 miles away. However it is probably best to have a car so you can freely explore all the hidden gems Pembrokeshire coast has to offer.
