Beautifully presented Self Contained Studio Apartment Fully Furnished with own access including kitchen bathroom and laundry in quiet lined street in Croydon walking distance to Churinga S/Centre, Mooroolbark and Croydon Railway Stations & local parks and gardens. Character weatherboard unit / apartment with full kitchen including oven, living room & ensuite bathroom. Unit has large flat screen TV, washing machine & own private entrance. The space would suit singles, couples and families are welcome however we offer a queen bed only though can look at other options for children if possible. The space The space on offer is part of our private residence. Guests will have their own double glass sliding door entrance to a bedroom, ensuite, and a loungeroom area with a full double kitchen with oven and microwave. The entire house has ducted heating and cooling (which is off when we aren't home) however guests have sole use of a split system for your own comfort (located in the Studio Retreat). Tea and coffee are provided complimentary for guests . Guest access You will have access to a studio retreat containing one queen sized bed and Please be respectful of our privacy of our part of the home as we will to you during your stay. I am available at all time for any questions or requests you may have. There is wifi on the premises. If staying for more than 3 days you will find extra towels in the bathroom vanity for your convenience. If you need anything during your stay please feel free to contact me. Other things to note Your area is completely private from our area and you are free to come and go as you need. There is privacy from the main house which adjoins the studio retreat. You will hear general noise during your stay I will endeavour to keep it as quiet as possible. Own keyed entrance to Studio Apartment with relaxing rear deck area for your use overlooking garden. Our neighbourhood has lots of birds, wide open streets and nice neighbours Yes walking distance to Croydon & Mooroolbark Stations and local buses drive close by Quiet home with tree lined street in a quiet neighbourhood.
