Beautifully restored 1909 victorian home in quiet and scenic Wellborm, Florida. Conveniently located near I-75 and I-10. 10 minutes from Lake City and less than an hour to Gainesville and Jacksonville. Situated on four acres near the Suwannee River and several crystal clear springs for swimming and kayaking. (2 kayaks provided) The home is 3700 square feet with several porches and a gazebo for sitting and relaxing. Our home is located in the very small community of Wellborn, Florida. It is only 11 miles from the Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park which hosts the annual Florida Folk Festival. It is also 19 miles from the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park which hosts the annual Wanee Music Festival and the Suwanne River Jam. Guests are free to roam around the four acres of the grounds and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine. We have a gazebo, two porch swings,a small grill house and a choice of three porches that offer plenty of relaxation. We live in the home and are available for questions or any other type of assistance. We are not close to any public transportation so you would need to have your own transportation. There is plenty of parking available.
