Have you ever sleep in a wine barrel? Our barrel is made up by 100% of natural wood. The whole structure is eco-friendly and earthquake-proof. Its shape is perfectly combined with the natural landscape rich of vineyards. Our barrel can be accommodate up to four people. There are a small living room and a private bathroom with wc, sink and shower. This is the ideal place to spend a weekend far from chaos and relax. Your accommodation has been decorated with great attention to detail. Our barrel is heated and available 365 days a year. At guests' disposal, in addition to the accommodation, there is also a large garden and a lake which is located 30 meters from the structure and where you can fish. Breakfast is included and served in practical baskets to be collected in the morning (from 8 to 10) in the kitchen and brought where you want in the garden. It is an Italian breakfast that generally consists of local specialities, pastries, coffee, fruit juices, cereals, milk, jams and seasonal fruit. We live in the neighboring house and are happy to give advice or answer questions to help you make the most of your stay without being intrusive. The estate is located in the Abruzzo countryside and this makes it perfect for a relaxing stay, however there is no shortage of places of interest nearby. It is close to both seaside such as Alba Adriatica (15km); Tortoreto (17km); San Benedetto del Tronto (25km) and mountains such as Monte Piselli (30km), Prati di Tivo (65km) and the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park (75km). It's possible to buy a "tasting box" with our wines and local products and enjoy it in our vineyards or on the lake.
