Spacious Room with Private Bath in Fox Point

Our contemporary style home has a spacious main floor guest room with attached private full bath. Windows wrap around 2 walls of the bedroom, providing a bright & cheery interior. Besides the queen-sized bed, the room includes a mini refrigerator, Keurig Brewing System, recliner chair, papasan chair, 2 built-in desks, 13 feet of counter space, and one hanging closet. With lots of floor space, we have an air mattress for a 3rd person (adult or child) along with a pack-n-play (baby/child). Welcome to the quiet, country-like neighborhood just north of downtown Milwaukee, conveniently situated near Lake Michigan. As a home away from home, enjoy the rest of the main level (shared) which includes a large kitchen, open-concept living/dining room, cozy cathedral ceiling family room, and washer/dryer room. In addition, the semi-finished basement has billiards (pool), ping pong & carpet ball for your enjoyment. Weather permitting, there is an outdoor patio with gas grill. Downtown Milwaukee is a 10-minute drive away with many walking, dining & sight-seeing attractions closer to home. Owners reside in the house (sleep on the 3rd level) and keep a low profile. They have years of experience regularly hosting events in the home and having guests stay longer term. Owners are happy to answer any questions and generally keep a low profile. Our home is situated in a quiet, country-like residential neighborhood in Fox Point. Across the street are tennis courts and an elementary school with playground equipment and wide-open fields. Located less than a mile away are a quaint coffee shop, local dining establishments, grocery store, & gas station. A couple miles from the home are several parks with hiking trails, picnic areas and access to lake Michigan. The expressway (I-43) entry is 1/2 mile away with direct route to downtown Milwaukee - just a 10-minute drive. Public transportation to downtown is less than a mile from the home. Great walking/running/biking routes in the area. An awesome close up, shoreline view of Lake Michigan is only a 1-mile drive or 10-minute walk.
