San Jose House

Cozy private room in a 3 bedroom house 2 bathroom house. Room includes closet, 4K TV with 4th gen AppleTV, drawer under the bed, working desk, and a printer. Guest shower/restroom is also available for you near your room that nobody else uses. It is not inside the room. Family room is furnished with two leather couches and kitchen is also available. We have a 6 lbs toy poodle for those of you who may be afraid of dogs. We are located in the Cambrian area nearby the major highways. Kitchen, living room, backyard. I am a single mom of an 11yr old boy and we are the only ones living together so the house tends to be quiet. (Except during my son's music lesson). I tend to work from home so I am usually available if you need help but I'm fairly quick at responding to airbnb messages. We have chickens in our backyard so you are welcome to have fresh eggs for breakfast during it's laying season (spring-summer) :) Also, because I am a single mom, please understand that I am very careful with who I accept into my home. My preferences: - Female - Male/Female are both welcome if you are highly recommended by other hosts. - Male with no reviews may be rejected - Must be fully vaccinated because my child is under 12 and still cannot get vaccinated but I am fully vaccinated. - Because we have a dog and I am allergic to fur/hair, emotional or assistant pets are not allowed to avoid any danger. If you must, please message me before you book. We live in a court in a neighborhood full of kids and we all know each other very well and very friendly. We support each other a lot so if you run into trouble, you can reach out to them if they are around. During May - September, there is a seasonal farmers market walking distance from home on Wednesdays 4pm - 8pm. We are located near the los gatos creek trail so you can enjoy a quick jog to the creeks if you like. When I am away, there will be dog wag walkers and friendly neighbors that may be taking care of my dog during my business trip. Please welcome them with a smile when you encounter them.
