Heart of Dus with balcony- charming flat
Located minutes from the old town. There are plenty of restaurants and dining, good shopping, minutes from the Königsallee. You’ll love the neighbourhood, it's a bustling part of the Carlstadt, but not touristy. Easy to get around by tram or foot. Good for couples, solo adventurers, or business travelers. New balcony is a beautiful addition. It’s big enough for 4 but a bit tight on the sofa bed. 3 is more comfortable. One bedroom apartment with a small pullout sofa for a possible additional two guests. kitchen with cook-top, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and water cooker. Of course dishes, utensils, bedding etc is all included. If you need something call me or text, if it's an emergency please use the numbers provided. The neighbours won't be able to help you, please don't ring their doorbells. Your doorbell is called Abilene. I'm around to answer questions if you need me, but am not at the property. The Carlstadt is known by insiders as the best neighbourhood in Dusseldorf. It is walking distance to the river, the harbour, the old town and the ritzy shopping street the Konigsallee. Yet it is still quiet and not touristy. Plenty of cute shops, restaurants and cafes are in the area and the trendy market at Carlsplatz has food stands from all corners of the globe. Only a one minute walk to the subway/ underground the nearest stop is called "Benratherstrasse" The underground is 50 meters from the apartment. The Station is called Benratherstrasse. To get to the Fair Grounds from here: take any of these trams: U71 / U72/ U73 or U83 one stop to Heinrich-Heine and change onto the U78 or U79 to "Messe" (14 minutes) To get to the main train station: you take the U74 /U75/ U78 or U79 to "Hauptbahnhof" (7 minutes) To the airport: go to the main train station take the S1 / RE1/ RE6 or RE19 to the airport. (16-23 minutes from the Benratherstr)
