The Attic, Ruan Minor - above village store

Located at the heart of the bustling village of Ruan Minor and just a short walk from the picturesque fishing village of Cadgwith with its access to the South West Coast Path, The Attic is a newly refurbished and beautifully presented two bed loft apartment above Ruan Minor Store, Café and Post Office A perfect getaway for couples or families, Kynance Cove and Lizard Point are a short drive away. Unfortunately this accommodation isn't suitable for pets or those with limited mobility. The accommodation provides 2 double bedrooms, a seperate, fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, a cosy lounge/dining area and modern bathroom with large walk in shower. Being at the top of the building, the space offers 360 degree views of the village, out to sea and across the fields to the beautiful St Grada and Holy Cross church. Outside, there is enclosed parking for 2 vehicles, a sheltered seating area and a barbeque area for guest use. A pair of large wooden gates provides secure access to a gravelled parking area. Access is gained by a narrow, locked side gate. If time allows, I like to provide my guests with literature about Cornwall and the local area including the Cornwall Days Out voucher pack. Ruan Minor is a pretty hilltop village just a short walk up from Cadgwith Cove and the serpentine beach at Poltesco. It is close to many coves and stunning beaches such as Kennack Sands, Kynance Cove (of Poldark fame) and Poldhu. Whether you are looking for a beach holiday, a walking holiday or just a relaxing break away, this newly refurbished loft apartment makes a fabulous base. Just 3 miles from the UK’s most Southerly point:The Lizard, 10 miles from the town of Helston and 20 miles from the historic port of Falmouth.
