Taste farm fresh eggs and other delicacies for breakfast, or for an added fee, enjoy the deck side hot tub. Come visit a place that is as modern as it is nostalgic. With prior arrangements, you can experience picking fresh fruits when in season, watch chickens, and help collect eggs. Wander up onto the hill's crest for a view of the coast range for some great sunsets. Guests can park by the front step or in other designated parking spaces. All guest have access to the living areas including the sunroom and it's adjourning 550+ square foot deck. You'll be provided a key and can come and go as you please. There are two other bedrooms available (see individual listings). When occupied, guests utilize a shared bath upstairs. At Birds, Bees, and Breakfast I value our guest and respect your privacy. Our location is in farm country. Our home is located between Carlton and Lafayette in the middle of wine country. A quick five minute drive will get you into the quaint, small town of Carlton. A great destination if you would like to walk from block to block and sample numerous wines and visit small town shops. Within ten minutes is the town of McMinnville. Experience the excitement of hundreds of classic cars cruising Main Street in August at the "Dragging the Gut" festival. The city is also home to many more wine tasting rooms, pubs, shops, and the Evergreen Aviation Museum and water park. You will need to have your own car. We have plenty of room for parking. From Lafayette you can catch a bus to various locations. We know you're tired of being sequestered and yearn for open spaces. So, when its' time to get away from it all and really relax, come to Birds, Bees, and Breakfast. We're nestled on 80 acres in the heart of the Oregon Wine Country, so we have plenty of room for Social Distancing. In addition, all of our linens are professionally cleaned after each guest visit. As a bonus, while supplies last, we can provide up to two disposable mask per booked room, per night. Need to host a small gathering of up to 15 people, for a negotiated rate, special arrangements can be made for events on the grounds or private use of the deck area during a registered guest stay (subject to prior arrangements and deposits).
