My house sits in a beautiful, private, native garden with lots of birds and NO cats. Kitchen facilities available, friendly dog Alice, shared bathroom, comfortable clean space. A short walk to the centre of town - West Gippsland Arts Centre; Civic Park; Farmers’ Market monthly; Rokeby Market monthly is just 7 minutes drive north; Neerim South & Noojee drives will show you the Geat Dividing Range beauty; 1 hour drive from Mt Baw Baw; 45 minutes to historic Walhalla. Gateway to South Gippsland. The house is very clean & welcoming, with a beaut native garden. 1 double bed in 1 room. Alice dog resides here too. She’s part of the furniture! All kitchen facilities, tea & coffee. Loungeroom lovely place to relax in front of winter’s wood heater. Outside decking great place on warm evenings. Guests can be collected or dropped off by friends but friends are not to enter the house. Can accomodate night shift workers This depends on the guest. Dinner may be provided for a minimum additional charge. Quiet street, only 10 minute stroll to centre of town. West Gippsland Arts Centre 8 minute walk away, so great to come to Warragul for performances & stay the night. This is rural, so regular town bus services are available. Bus stop only 100m away. Can provide bus timetable. Train station 15 min stroll & Beth happy to transport guests to & from the station to home. Can provide tour of the region for minimal cost, depending on time & day. Uber not yet here. As noted elsewhere, I have a ‘shared’ bathroom. This is my home, not a motel ensuite scenario.... I share my home with guests. Newly renovated August 2021, NO BATH
