Charming Cabin with bikes near Utrecht.

A unique log cabin with modern interior and glass double doors overlooking the yard and sitting area. Well designed interior with all the essentials and many of the non-essentials including a modern kitchen and bathroom. We are proud to provide our guests with the best fairtrade coffee they have ever had. The Siemens EQ6 will make all the Espresso, Cappuccino & Latte Macchiato you like. Centrally located in the Netherlands: 20 min bus to Utrecht. Less then 45 car minutes from Amsterdam. This log cabin is truly unique in the comfort, amenities, privacy, and location it offers. There is a modern full kitchen (which includes a brand new (march 2019) state of the art Siemens EQ6 Coffee Maker, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator and a dishwasher) It also offers a bathroom, very fast wireless internet and 32" tv (with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, 100 regular channels & Chromecast.) It also has a comfortable sofa bed 'downstairs' plus an extra bed in the loft, the cabin comfortably sleeps two (and a child/baby) together or apart. As you can see in on the photos: The loft is a separate "bedroom", but cannot be closed off. The spacious glass double doors and sun roof have full blackout curtains. The cabin also has a ceiling fan with touchscreen remote for some fresh air. The cabin is all yours including the bikes in great working condition. You can also use our cargo bike. The yard is shared with the main house. There is an entrance into the garden and into the cabin, without having to go through the main house. Traveling for a while and need to do some laundry? feel free to use the washer and dryer. Since they are located in the main house, we'll be happy to help. We truly enjoy being able to share this unique space with our guests. Should you have any questions, we are always available and happy to help. We have two sweet boys (age 9 and 5) who enjoy playing in the garden and jumping the trampoline. They always love it when our guests bring kids. Within just 2 minutes walking distance you will find a beautiful park, baker, grocer, butcher, grocery store, and a snack bar (Dutch fastfood-to-go place) Within a 5 minute biking distance you will reach the vibrant downtown of Zeist with delicious restaurants, friendly cafes, lots of fun shops, plus a movie theater and other cultural events. For the nature lovers, there are beautiful forests greenery in the area. There are 2 busstops within 5 minute walking distance that can take you to Utrecht Central Station in about 20 minutes. They depart 4-6 times per hour. Zeist also has a train and bus station. but we recommend taking the bus to Utrecht central station for most of your trips. Traveling by bike? There are many beautiful and picturesque bike paths in the area and through surrounding nature and fields. You can reach Utrecht in about 30 minutes and Utrecht Central Station in about 40 minutes. Traveling by car? Is your destination Utrecht? Then we would highly recommend traveling by bus. It is faster and cheaper. Most other Dutch tourist attractions are within an hour drive. We try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We will make sure that there is plenty of fair trade Moyee coffee (the best you ever had, if you use our brand new (2019) state of the art Siemens EQ6 Coffee Maker), tea and something sweet waiting for you when you arrive.
