The Mountaineer Getaway was designed for small groups. You will love the peaceful porch and sunroom. The Getaway is in a walkable community and is a pleasant walk to convenience stores, churches, several restaurants, Star City post office, the Wow! Factory and other family-friendly activities. It is a short distance to the Star City waterfront with rail trail access, and a city park with a playground and large public pool. The Getaway is a 5 minute drive to groceries, banking, and essentials. With plenty of on- and off-street parking, this spacious house has everything you need for a family stay for sporting events, family gatherings, and area sight-seeing. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! No loud nights or large parties allowed! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, living room with sectional, sun porch with sofa sitting area and dining for two, large eat in kitchen, dining seating for 9! Wifi and a large private backyard- and you have everything needed for a GREAT time. We are available when needed, but invisible when not. We will provide contact information so that our guests can reach us anytime. Family friendly and so close to the football stadium!! Yes. The Mountain line bus picks up less than a block away. This house is perfect for event weekends in Morgantown like graduations and celebrations
