Angelita’s Beach House

Angelita's Beach House is a vacation home perfect for families with children. It has a nice view of the ocean and is perfect for soaking in fresh air and sun. This house is only an hour away from Baguio. The house can entertain a maximum of 12 persons. Each room can accommodate a total of 4 people each. Latest Update: The listing is already booked for April 9-11, 2020. The house is big enough to share with 12 people. Guests will love to stay there because the place gives a feel like it is secluded, especially because it is right in front of the beach. They can expect to get fresh air even inside the house because there are massive screen windows that allow air to come in. There are 3 rooms. Each room can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons. Only Room 1 has a private bathroom. Room 2 & 3 have a shared bathroom. Outside of the house, there is a separate shower room and a toilet, but these are common. Rooms with air conditioning are Rooms 1 and 3. You will see them in the photos provided. To know the rates per room, please write a message. There is a mini-hut located right outside the house and this is where guests can drink and smoke. There is a caretaker who will be more than willing to welcome you upon arrival. Contact details will be provided once you contact me and are sure about your booking. The distance from one house to another is quite wide so you can expect the neighborhood to be peaceful and quiet. If you would like to swim in the water, I highly suggest to bring proper swimming footwear to protect your feet from rocks. Please be aware that it is most convenient to get to the place by car. Since the house is not easy to search on the Internet, please look up "Rabon Elementary School" as it is located right across it. It is important to indicate that it is on the Pangasinan-La Union Road. Coming from Quezon City, drive to NLEX (North Luzon Expressway) after Balintawak. Make sure to use TPLEX (Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway) because this is the route that connects Central Luzon to Northern Luzon. When you get to the end of TPLEX, turn left. Upon reaching Damortis, turn left to Pangasinan-La Union Road. The house is located on the right side of Pangasinan-La Union Road. If you are commuting, take a Victory Bus to Dagupan. Once you get off the terminal, ride another Victory Bus going to Baguio via Agoo. The house is on the highway and you will locate the house on the left. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Thank you.
