The shuttle bus was also available to several destinations, such as to Soetta airport, central Jakarta (Benhil, Sudirman FX, Citraland, Kelapa Gading, & Mangga Dua). Mandatory notes: * CCTV is installed on the living room ONLY for recording user entering our premise, since mostly guest will pick up the key from the locker (without meeting the host). After that, guest can unplug the camera from the wall socket. Sorry for the inconvenience. * No outside visitors / additional guests are welcome into the unit. Due to pandemic reasons, if you need to meet someone else, please use the apartment lobby since it provides a comfortable sofa and air-conditioned area for a short meeting. * No parties. * No pets. * Strictly NO smoking inside the unit (includes vaping). A smoking area is available outside the apartment lobby. The unit has a smoke detector installed to prevent any smoke inside. * No eating of food in the bedroom. Guests will compensate the host for any food/ drink stains in the bedroom. * Indoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. Dragging chairs/tables on hardwood floors will leave scratches on the hardwood flooring. * Please recycle the trash on daily basis. * Please do avoid excessive noises late at night / disrupting the neighbors. We want all of our guests are to be respectful of neighbors and shall keep noise to a minimum while inside our unit. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by security staff - will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate the property without any refund. * Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. * If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair. Any damage made to property or furnishings which exceeds the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and will be reported to Airbnb. * Please turn off the Air Conditioner and Lights when you are away. Since the usage bill will be charged back to the guest for weekly/monthly rental, we need your help to keep the electricity bill as low as possible.
