This light and airy upstairs bedroom has its own bathroom for your exclusive use which is across the hall from the bedroom. This room is ideal for when you already have traveling companions using the downstairs en-suite bedroom or for when there are 2 of you each requiring separate bedrooms. The use of the other bedroom IS AT AN ADDITIONAL COST. Beautiful newish town-house boasts modern design elements with luxurious fit-outs and a superb collection of indoor-outdoor areas. There is also a small lounge adjacent to your upstairs bedroom with a TV, sofa etc. for your private use. Downstairs in a shared space there is a stylish open plan lounge/dining room setting. In winter there is a contemporary gas fireplace in the family living and all rooms have hydronic heating. The summer heat won't be an issue here thanks to the home's refrigerated cooling. If the indoor entertaining options are not enough, the spectacular outdoor area completes the picture, boasting a small beautiful in-ground pool and landscaped courtyard. Pets sadly no longer live on this property. You have the use of the upstairs bedroom along with a an additional small lounge next to your upstairs room which has another TV & sofa for your EXCLUSIVE use. We do have another double bedroom available which is downstairs that may be available for others in your group. See separate LISTING. In summer you may also use the swimming pool & relax in the courtyard. Free Parking is on the street & we have a parking Permit for you when required. (Mon-Friday) We are ONLY offering the kitchen for breakfast which we provide unless by prior discussion. Hawthorn East is delightful. A great place to walk around the streets & local parks. Views of the city are great & it is very friendly. The walkable access to the Rivoli Theatre, Shops at either Tooronga Village & Camberwell Junction & to public transport do make it a joy to live here. Unbelievable good public transport access. 10 minute walk max to trams to city or to get to Camberwell Train station. Easy to get to Tennis Centre, shopping Centres, city & local theatres. We also have 2 train lines at Camberwell & 1 line at Tooronga a 20 minute walk. There are also fabulous bike paths nearby that go to the city & out East. NOISE: There is the potential for noise as there is a new house build going on next door. We are ONLY offering the kitchen for breakfast (a continental breakfast: toast, condiments, cereals & fruit). which we provide UNLESS BY PRIOR DISCUSSION. There is a walk in Pantry with fridge which is ideal for making snacks etc. We ask you to treat our home as you would your own home.
