Knoxville Little House

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling. Guests have access to the whole house and back yard. There is ample parking next to the house. Inside you will find everything to cook with and enjoy your stay. We have cable TV and WIFI. Outside we have a 24 foot by 20 foot covered pavilion with table, swivel rocking chairs, glider love seat, fire pit and charcoal grill, corn hole, and Koi Pond all of which are dedicated areas for the Little House. The Little House is located about 75 feet behind our Knoxville Hobby House Airbnb and has a great view of the spacious back yard that extends to Haw creek where there is a small deck overlooking the water. All of house and yard Carol and I like to meet and greet our guests upon their arrival whenever possible. However, we understand that some customers prefer self check-in so we provide instructions before arrival how to do that. We are located about 12 minutes from the house in case our guests need anything. You may see us on the grounds during the day when we come by to feed our fish and birds. Our place is located just off I 75 in a quiet and safe residential area. Our Little House sits in the back yard of the main Airbnb house on an acre of property. There is a small creek in the back and we have pear trees that often attract deer and our resident groundhog. The best way to travel around the Knoxville area is by car. Parking in most places is easy. There are so many things to see and do in the Knoxville area. We would be happy to answer any questions you might have about this area.
