The house is surrounded by 30 acres of nature, abutting the Little Franklin River. Sheep graze in the paddocks and all sorts of local native wildlife inhabit the pristine rainforest on the property - free for you to explore. You will have access to the entire property. The property is 15 mins drive from Foster — a bustling town in the heart of Prom Country with a great local pub, cafes, two supermarkets, local speciality shops including butcher, fishmonger, bakeries, fruit & veg. Foster is 30 mins drive from the spectacular Wilsons Prom National Park and a short drive from unspoilt beaches, ancient rainforests (walking trails) and waterfalls included Victoria's highest (Anges Falls). Foster is a ~ 2 hour drive south-east of Melbourne, down the South Gippsland Highway. The property is a further 15 mins from Foster along a windy road (last 6km is well-maintained gravel road). Please note: our driveway is steep and a little bumpy! - There is NO mobile reception in the house - Free WiFi (NBN via satellite service) is provided and can be used for voice/video calls, messaging, browsing and general use, but is not suitable for streaming movies - Landline phone is provided in case of emergency - Being surrounded by nature, critters do make their way inside the house occasionally
