Holly Cottage is a beautiful traditional slate quarry workers cottage dating back to 1850. Situated in the village of Ballachulish, just 1 mile from Glencoe, the cottage is the perfect spot to explore the local area and surroundings. It is within walking distance to the Tourist Information Centre, local shop, bar & restaurant and a huge variety of beautiful walks right on your door stop. On street parking and Wifi throughout the property. The Cottage is very homely and cosy, with a modern and spacious kitchen. It has a small seating area at the front of the property. I live in the village with my partner and young girl, and we both work locally so are always on hand to give advice, recommendations or answer any questions and queries you may have during your stay We operate a remote check-in service which will be arranged prior to arrival Ballachulish is an old slate-quarrying village and you can explore the heart of the quarry and read its history during a lovely walk, just 2 minutes from Holly Cottage. The village is picturesque with plentiful walks right on your doorstep. There are bus links to and from Glasgow, Fort William and Oban. Train journeys from Fort William or Oban.
