Beautiful, spacious and comfortable en suite room

My beautiful home is located in the Greystones area of Sheffield, a 5 minute walk away from vibrant Ecclesall Road and Sharrowvale Road with numerous shops, eateries and bars. There are plenty of green spaces nearby, the Peak District is 15 minutes away by car and there is a bus stop 2 minutes away with good public transport links to Sheffield Centre and the Peaks. The accommodation is also close to the university and student accommodation I love living here and hope to welcome you soon! This is a beautifully spacious, comfortable, light and airy double room in the attic of my home., with great views of Sheffield. It has an en-suite bathroom (I provide shower gel and shampoo), hanging space, SmartTV and tea and coffee facilities in the room. There is information available about the local area, including walks in the Peak District. I have a driveway with dedicated parking for guests. I also serve breakfast in my kitchen diner if required (at no extra cost). There are regular bus services from the area into Sheffield City Centre and to the Peak District. There is a Co-op and Sainsburys local 5 minutes walk away. i live in the Greystones area of Sheffield 11, a 5 minute walk away from Ecclesall Road with its array of restaurants, bars and shops. Also nearby is the very popular Endcliffe Park which is great for walks to Forge Dam and Shepherds Wheel. There are good bus links to the City Centre just a few minutes away and also buses into Derbyshire. My home is very close to public transport links into Sheffield City Centre and to the main train station, also into Derbyshire. Buses run regularly and timetables are available. There are two sets of steep stairs leading up to the room so not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. I'm currently mainly working from home so able to be flexible with check in times if needed (or if you want to leave bags before going off to explore!) Use of the kitchen for self-catering purposes is not included. There are a number of restaurants/sandwich shops in the area and I can provide recommendations if needed.
