Rorys Village No. 9 Our spacious and clean caravan is situated at Combe Haven in Hastings. It is in a perfect location on site, very close to the amenities but still in a quieter area of the park. With plenty to do on site, including indoor/outdoor pools with bowl flume, ‘Live Lounge’ which hosts a variety of shows for all the family, arcade, ‘Nature Rockz’, ‘Airspace’ sportsdrome which hosts various activities from wall climbing & archery to roller disco plus lots of exciting play areas. PLEASE VIEW COMBE HAVEN WEBSITE Our holiday home is a 2013 deluxe ‘ABI Polaris’ 6 berth/3 bedroom caravan, which has a lovely, bright & airy feel but is equally homely & cosy. Our holiday home is double glazed and fully centrally heated with radiators in every room, so it is brilliant year round and offers a fab cosy retreat for the colder months. It comprises of 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard and worktop space and includes a microwave, pots/pans, cutlery, crockery, tea towels, cleaning products (ie, washing up liquid). We also supply basic items such as, toilet/kitchen rolls, tea, coffee (including fresh ground coffee & cafetière) and sugar, to make your stay more comfortable. We have also supplied an iron and ironing mat for guest use. TV/DVD combi, a selection kids DVD’s and games. It has a lovely, modern & spacious bathroom, including full size shower cubicle plus an extra WC. We supply all bedding/bed linen and hand towels for each of the toilets. ** YOU NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN PERSONAL TOWELS FOR SHOWERING ** We can also supply a travel cot on request for our littlest guests (please note that travel cot will be set up in lounge are or if all beds are not occupied, we can stack single on single for bedroom set up) We have recently added some outdoor seating at the front and side of our holiday home, for guests to enjoy sunny days and warm evenings, a touch of alfresco dining or just to have a breath of fresh air in comfort. ** UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN NOT ALLOW PETS IN OUR CARAVAN** ** WE ARE NOT ABLE TO HOST STAG/HEN PARTIES OR EVENTS/GROUPS.. OUR ACCOMMODATION IS MOST SUITED TO FAMILY GROUPS, TRADE GROUPS OR OVER 25’s ** ** THIS IS A STRICTLY NO SMOKING HOLIDAY HOME, PLEASE ADHERE TO THIS RULE ** ** WE DO NOT HAVE WIFI IN OUR HOLIDAY HOME.. THE HAVEN SITE HAS WIFI IN THE RESTAURANT/BAR AREAS (INSIDE AND OUTSIDE) ** FUN WORKS ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. THIS IS TO KEEP OUR COSTS DOWN AND NOT ALL OF OUR GUESTS REQUIRE THE PASSES. Fun Works Passes can be purchased at Haven reception at any time during your stay. ** Please see photos on listing for fun works pass prices ** ( Please feel free to message us any queries regarding fun works passes) **One last thing to note** Please be aware that Hastings and St Leonards being seaside towns have a significant population of seagulls which may require you to take into consideration, due to their opportunistic nature. For example, we advise you not to leave food, general rubbish or anything else that would attract them, unattended. We will greet you on arrival with the key to our holiday home. Access to our holiday home is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. If any guests require access outside of our check in/ check out times, we have a secure key lockbox directly outside of the holiday home for convenience (later arrivals/earlier departures) We endeavour to accommodate all your needs to make sure you have a pleasant stay. We are situated in Hastings/St Leonard’s which is rich in history and is not only surrounded by beautiful countryside but is a stones throw from the beach front. Explore our historic and vibrant Old Town where you can discover the towns bygone era of our smuggling and fishing industry past, take a wander down the quaint cobble streets with some of the towns oldest buildings dating from the 14th century, including The Old Court House (circa 1450). Or, venture a few miles inland to our neighbouring town of Battle where, as the name suggests, is the site of the famous ‘Battle of Hastings’. Whatever the weather, you are sure to find our wonderful part of Sussex fun for all the family. There is ample free parking in the surrounding areas of the holiday park. For guests who have more limited mobility, Combe Haven have staffed electric karts to transport guest to various areas of the park. Guests would just need to give the Haven reception a quick call for assistance. Taxi’s are readily available and are competitively priced ( there is a local taxi company number printed on the key fob for the holiday home), also there is a bus stop right outside of the park grounds. Please note, the general consensus with booking caravan holidays via AirBnB to not include entertainment passes. This is to keep our accommodation prices value for money and also due to some guests using our holiday home for accommodation only, therefore entertainment passes will need to be purchased directly from Haven on arrival or whenever required during your stay. ** ALTHOUGH THE ACTUAL PARK IS OPEN, THE COMBE HAVEN FACILITIES ARE CLOSED BETWEEN 29th OCTOBER UNTIL 1ST MARCH** To reiterate, we supply hand towels for each of the bathrooms.. You need to bring your own personal towels for showering. Our holiday home is double glazed and FULLY centrally heated with individual radiators in every room. ** THIS IS A STRICTLY NO SMOKING HOLIDAY HOME, PLEASE ADHERE TO THIS RULE ** ** WE DO NOT ALLOW FOOTWEAR TO BE WORN INSIDE OF OUR HOLIDAY HOME, PLEASE REMOVE SHOES ON ENTERING ** ** WE DO NOT HAVE WIFI IN OUR HOLIDAY HOME, HOWEVER WIFI CAN BE ACCESSED INSIDE THE RESTAURANT/BAR AREA AND OUTSIDE ON THE FACILITY PATIO AREA**
