Lake Front Year Round Home

Great stay for families or couples looking for a quiet romantic getaway at the lake. A perfect spot for fall foliage, winter skiing at the nearby mtn., ice fishing, cross country skiing or snowshoeing in the lake. An amazing all season perfect spot! You will love the privacy of this home along with the beautiful view of Lake Horace. It is a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the summer, the beauty of the fall as well as the close proximity to a mtn in the winter to ski. Our home is a 66ft. Year round manufactured home, built in 2003. You will have access to entire house (950 sq. Ft.), back deck with grill, boat dock, canoe, kayaks and fire pit. I will be available by phone, text or Airbnb message. I am also nearby, and can be there if needed. We are 25 minutes from Concord (the capital of NH), a few miles from Blackbird deli/convenience store. 20 minutes to downtown Henniker and 6 minutes from Pats Peak ski area. The lake is also a great place to ice fish, snowshoe, cross country ski or snow mobile in the winter. Plenty of room for parking right at the house. Private drive with no neighbors. The Neighborhood is friendly and perfect for taking a walk or riding bikes around. Stores and restaurants are within driving distance. Peaceful and beautiful setting. We now offer WiFi and cable . We do have central air conditioning and heat. A washing machine and dryer is available to use as well as a dishwasher. Also a great place to stay in the winter. We are 6 minutes from Pats Peak ski area.
