Welsh Cottage that Sleeps Six with Private Garden

Entire house , located in the peaceful village of Penisarwaun, 4 miles from Llanberis. Ty newydd is a beautiful old cottage that has been newly renovated .The house can sleep up to 6 guests , with two double bedrooms and a single with bunkbeds . The house has two private gardens either side with views of Snowdon/ Wyddfa and neighbouring mountains. The patio garden has out door seating area and a bbq. The house also has private parking for two vehicles and fast fibre optic broad band. The house has some charming original features such as a large fireplace in the living room with a log burner. My working artist studio is near the parking area and I will occasionally be working there creating ceramic peaces. If you have an interest in seeing my art work please let me know. I am more than happy to meet and greet and provide information about the area and the house. I live in the neighbouring village so feel free to get in contact should you need any assistance during your stay. Please let me know if a baby or young children need a travel cot or baby gates and if you are bringing a dog. Thanks Penisarwaun is a peaceful village 4 miles from Llanberis and the foot of Snowdon / Wyddfa. There is a childrens play ground just up the road (30m). Llyn ( lake ) Padarn is 2 miles away and is great for water sports such as kayaking and paddle boarding. Its a nice walk from the house which passes Caban cafe in Brynrefail (about 2 miles away). The Lodge cafe in Dinrowic is also good ( about 2 miles away) and is on the way to the slate quarry's which has some great climbing and walking.
