Sunny Apartment with Balcony & 2 Swimming Pools

Soak up the sun in Spain with an apartment not far from Alicante and Torrevieja beach. Equipped with two swimming pools and a roof top solarium, this place is perfect for all kinds of travellers. There is a shop and three bars & restaurants across the street. Alicante airport is 35 minute drive away with the nearest beach 15 minutes. There is plenty to do in the surrounding towns: Rojales for a coffee on the river, Torrevieja pink salt lakes and beach, Benijofar for bars & food, La Zenia to shop Private apartment with 2 bathrooms, two bedrooms that sleeps 5 people (+ more on the sofa!). For those wishing to cook at home, the kitchen comes with many amenities including oven & washing machine, and there's a grocery store opposite. The living room diner is great to chill out on, or better yet, use the two pools or roof top solarium to sunbathe. The area is away from tourists but ex pats aren't far. Lots of places nearby to eat, drink, shop and go to the beach. The two pools are accessible across all apartments in the gated complex. Please abide by the community rules and respect the neighbours. Otherwise the apartment is all yours. The complex is gated, with a second security door before you get to the apartment front door. Let me know of any questions. And for those who like the tourist side, you don't need to travel 5 minutes to the nearest town to see an international presence.
