A Tesco Supermarket and an M & S Simply Food are 5 minutes by car, with a convenient well-stocked Village Store only a short walk away. The village of Pembury lies within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, providing many picturesque woodland and countryside walks direct from the property. The Studio also enjoys a very central location and is an ideal base for days out to the many National Trust and English Heritage properties in Kent and Sussex.
