Welcome! This newly renovated in-law suite is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Los Alamos and a short walk to see some of the cities favorite attractions. Private entrance, King Bed, complimentary coffee, front yard access, clawfoot tub, WIFI and more! The entrance to the rental space is located on the bottom floor of a private residence (the walkout basement). As you enter, you will notice the picture windows, large open living room with a kitchenette. The double doors to the right will lead you into your private en-suite which features a king sized bed, 55 inch TV, dresser and lots of closet space. To the far right corner of the room is the newly renovated full bathroom which has a beautiful clawfoot tub. Not currently available during winter/cold months due to furnace noise complaints. If you don’t mind furnace noise and are interested in booking in the winter, please message me for availability. Guests have curbside parking. If you don't have a car, no problem! The free county transit shuttle is a short 5 minute walk from the house and can take you downtown, to the National Laboratory, White Rock and more! I look forward to hosting you and sharing this space with you. I am always available to my guests. I live upstairs, your en-suite is 100% private, we may see or hear one another from time to time. Please don't hesitate to reach out! :) Quiet and safe cul-de-sac, short walk to bus stop, toddler park, golf course and hiking trails. Free city bus runs during the weekdays. Bus stop is only 0.2 miles from the property. The Laundromat is a short 2 miles from the house. But for long term guests, I do provide free laundry service, every 7 days. Laundry service includes washing, drying and folding personal clothes, bedding and towels.
